2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 cup butter
4 eggs, beaten
6 tbsp. flour
1 cup evaporated milk
3 tsp. baking powder
1 (15 oz.) can creamed corn
2 (15 oz.) cans whole corn

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl, mix sugar and flour. Melt butter in small saucepan and stir in sugar and flour mixture. Gradually stir in milk. Add eggs and baking powder and mix well. Stir in corn and pour mixture into buttered 9 x 9 inch baking dish. Bake at 350º for 40 to 50 minutes or until top is light golden brown AND CENTER IS SET.
