2 lbs. ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
2 cans shoe peg corn
2 cans black beans
2 pkgs. dried Ranch Dressing mix
2 pkgs. taco seasoning
2 large cans crushed tomatoes
1 can of Rotel

Directions:
Brown ground beef and onion; drain. Combine all ingredients into your crock-pot. Cook on low for about 4-5 hours. Serve over corn chips and top with sour cream and cheese!
