CRUST:
1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 tbsp. sugar
1/4 cup butter, melted

FILLING:
3 - 8 oz. blocks cream cheese, softened
3 large eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

TOPPING:
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pint sour cream
1/4 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Mix crust ingredients and press into 13 x 9 pan. Mix all the filling ingredients until smooth. Pour over crust. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the tip of a knife inserted comes out clean. Remove from oven and let cool while making topping. For topping, mix all ingredients until smooth. Pour over semi-cooled cheesecake. Bake an additional 10 minutes. Cool for at least hours.
