Ingredients:
Farm Fresh eggs are fresher than the ones you buy in the store; and don't peel as easy when you boil them unless you follow the way I have found works the best through trial and error!

Use as many eggs as you desire to boil.

Directions:
Directions:
Put eggs in a pan and cover with water so all of the eggs are covered about an inch above eggs.

Bring to a rolling boil; and boil for 10 minutes. I set the timer.
Immediately remove from stove, and drain eggs. Keep running Cold water on the eggs and redraining until the water stays cool. Set the pan of eggs in the sink; add more very cold water and add 2 quarts of ice cubes to the water in the pan. Let set until all ice is melted and water isn't cold anymore. Store wet unpeeled eggs in a ziplock bag in fridge. They should now peel easy! The shock of going from boiling hot water to ice cold water will loosen the skin attatched to the shell of the egg like blanching.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
We have our own chickens; so you can't get eggs any fresher than that! And this really works.
Some people say they put a tsp. of vinegar in the water too when boiling; so you can try that too.
