1 1/4 CUP OF SUGAR

1 TSP BAKING SODA
4 TBSP (1/4 CUP) SOUR CREAM
1 TSP VANILLA
1/4 TSP SALT
2 RIPE BANANAS

CREAM BUTTER, SUGAR AND EGGS
DISSOLVE BAKING SODA IN SOUR CREAM AND MASH IN TWO BANANAS ADD VANILLA AND SALT
ALTERNATE FLOUR WITH BANANA MIXTURE INTO BOWL WHILE MIXING.
BAKE 350 DEGREES FOR 1/2 HOUR IN A 9X9 GREASED PAN
