2-3 pounds fresh chicken wings
4 T. Cajun seasoning
2 c. Buffalo Red Hot Sauce
Bleu Cheese Dressing
Carrots sticks
Celery sticks
12 pack of beer (whatever is on sale for the week!)
Napkins

Directions:
Directions:
Heat grill to 250 degrees. Add rinsed and dried wings to hot grill. Pepper with Cajun seasoning. Open a beer. Drink. Continually flip wings until 160 degrees internal temperature is reached. Open another beer. Drink. Remove wings from grill. In a large mixing bowl add 2 C of Buffalo Red Hot Sauce. Mix together. Stand over the platter and eat endlessly. Having napkins handy as needed. (Forget about the celery and carrots! Great as a decorative garnish!) Open another beer, or two…
