1 stick of butter
1 small chopped onion
1 lb. of crawfish tails
1- 8oz. package of cream cheese
2- 10 3/4oz. cans of Campbell's Cream of Potato Soup
1 pt. of half and half
1- 14oz. can of Green Giant Cream Corn
1- 14oz. can of Swanson's chicken broth
Old Bay Seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Saute' onion in butter until onion is transparent and soft on low to medium heat. Add cream cheese in cubes so it will melt easier. Add cans of soup, half and half, and cream corn. Soup will be very thick so add chicken broth accordingly to the consistency of soup to your liking. Season crawfish with Old Bay Seasoning (probably use about 1 tbsp.) and add to the soup. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to low. Cook on low heat for about 45 minutes.
