2 tbsp. flour
3 large onions, peeled, sliced and separated into rings
2 - 10.5 oz. cans condensed beef broth
1 tbsp. A1 Steak Sauce
1 cup seasoned croutons
1 cup shredded mozzarella

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in large saucepan on medium heat. Add onions and cook 10 minutes or until golden brown, stirring frequently.

Add broth, 2 cans water and steak sauce. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 5 minutes.

Preheat broiler. Ladle soup into 4 oven proof bowls. Top with croutons and cheese. Broil 2-3 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
