3 1/2 c. flour
3 eggs
1 1/2 T. baking powder
1/2 - 1 T. salt, to taste
2 cups milk
2 T. sugar
water added to make it a thin consistency
bacon, cut in 1-inch pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Fry about 3 bacon pieces in butter on one side for each pancake, turn over and then add pancake mix to make a thin, crepe like pancake.
This tastes wonderful with butter, sugar and rolled up like a crepe.

My Grandma's famous pancakes are an all time family favorite! I always looked forward to these whenever she said that she was going to make them! It was always the best when she made them when we were camping in Gulf Shores!
