1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 onion (sliced thinly)
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. greek spice
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 lb. meat (skinless, boneless chicken breast, pork or lamb)

Directions:
Directions:
Slice meat 1" to 1-1/2" strips and place in plastic container (with lid). In separate bowl, combine oil, lemon juice, onion, and seasonings together and mix well. Cover meat with marinade; place lid over container and refridgerate for 1 to 3 days; stirring occasionally. Excellent cooked on an open grill or barbecue.
