Cornbread:
4 eggs
1 cup flour
1/2 cup water
1 cup self-rising corn meal
1 cup buttermilk

2 onions
3 eggs
1 can Campbell cream of celery soup
salt and pepper
chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Cornbread:
Mix all ingredients (except onions). Pour into buttered Iron fry pan and bake as you would cornbread in oven at 375º - 400º for approximately 15 minutes or until brown (insert knife to see if it comes out clean)
Cook 2 onions, chopped, in 1 cup of broth until tender.

Mix cornbread, onions, 3 eggs, soup, salt and pepper and desired amount of broth to make dressing soft or firm. Bake at 400º until dressing is browned and cooked to desired consistency. Serve with giblet gravy
