For each 1 cup of cream sauce:

1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/2 to 1 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 cup milk

1 bag of frozen peas: Double the recipe for a whole bag

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat. Blend in flour, salt and pepper. Cook over low heat, stirring until mixture is smooth and bubbly. Remove from heat. Stir in milk. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil 1 minute and pour cooked peas in and mix well and until heated through.

You can also put this sauce on frozen mixed veggies, or frozen carrots.
Or: mix with tuna and peas and put on toast.
