1 1/2 cup sugar

1 cup of water

1 teaspoon vanilla

Combine cocoa, sugar, and water

bring to a boil, stirring continuously

reduce to a slow boil, stirring

cook 5 - 7 minutes

cool the pan in cold water

add vanilla and stir
