1/4 cup butter, 1/4 cup olive oil, tilapia, 1/2 cup white wine, lemon juice, lemon peel,1 cup chicken broth, 2 tbsps. Capers parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Dredge fish in flour and season with salt n pepper. Sautéed butter n olive oil add fish to hot oil and brown on both sides. When fish is browned remove and deglaze pan with wine, lemon juice, chicken stock and capers and 1 tbsp. butter put fish back into the glaze and top with lemon sauce and chopped parsley
