3 lb. ground chuck
1 (46 oz.) can tomato juice
3 T.. instant onion
2 t. garlic powder (rounded)
1 T. salt (rounded)
1T. chili powder (rounded)
1 t. ground cumin (rounded)
1 t. paprika (rounded)
1/2 t. thyme
1/2 t. red pepper
1/4 t. leaf marjoram
1/4 t. leaf oregano
12 t. ground cinnamon
12 cloves
15 small bay leaves
1/4 t. ground allspice
14 t. rosemary needles
7 whole (1 inch) red peppers, broken up

Brown meat (drain). Add the rest, plus 1 quart of water. Maintain consistency. Cook for 3 hours and stir often. Serve over spaghetti noodles with grated Chedder cheese on top for "three way"; onions or chili beans make a "four and five way".
