Ingredients:  
1 stick butter,1 cup heavy cream, 1 egg, 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese, 1 tsp. salt, and 1/4 tsp blk pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter and cream, warm for a minute until the cream is room temperature.
Add egg and whisk well.
Add cooked pasta,cheese, salt, pepper
Mix quickly but thoroughly over very low heat and serve immediately.

Serve with additional cheese at table
