1 cup peanut butter (crunchy is best)
1 cup sugar
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Mix all ingredients well. Drop on greased cookie sheet. Bake in pre-heated oven at 325º for 13 minutes. Cool slightly before removing from cooking sheet.
