1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 cup milk
1 cup dried bread crumbs
salt and pepper

2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp prepared mustard
1/3 cup ketchup

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350º
Combine beef, egg, onion, pepper, milk and bread crumbs. Salt and pepper. Put in lightly greased loaf pan.

In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, mustard and ketchup. Mix well and pour over meatloaf. Bake at 350º for one hour.

(I usually double the brown sugar, mustard and ketchup. I also make extra to mix in with the mixture.)
