1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup butter (1 stick), softened
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 1/2 cups quick-cooking oats
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375º. Mix all ingredients except oats, flour and pecans.
Stir in oats, flour and pecans. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls
about 2 inches apart onto cookie sheet sprayed with Pam. Bake until
lightly brown, about 12-14 minutes. Immediately remove from cookie sheet. Makes about 2 dozen cookies.

These are Clint's favorite cookies! I don't mind putting chocolate chips in them, but Clint says that I ruin them when I do that! So, for now, we'll just put the pecans in!
