Ingredients:

1 pound ground beef
½ cup chopped onion
½ cup chopped celery
½ cup chopped green pepper
Add to the browned ingredients:
½ cup catsup
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon vinegar
2 tablespoons French’s mustard
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper

Directions:

Brown together in a skillet:
1 pound ground beef
½ cup chopped onion
½ cup chopped celery
½ cup chopped green pepper
Add to the browned ingredients:
½ cup catsup
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon vinegar
2 tablespoons French’s mustard
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
Mix well.
Cover and Simmer 20-30 min.
Serve on buns.
