3 c. pared thinly sliced potatoes
2 T. flour
3-6 T. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Heat 1 1/4 C milk, add salt and paprika. Pour mixture over potatoes. Parboil potatoes w/salt, approximately 8 min. Grease 10" baking dish.
Place potatoes in three layers and sprinkle each layer with flour and butter (use all flour and butter). Bake at 350º for 30-35 min. until bubbly and top is well browned. Test for tenderness with fork.
OR
On a busy night, open a box of "Betty Crocker" scalloped potatoes and follow the directions.
