1 can of tuna, drained
3/4 c. red onion, thinly slice
1 c. of beans (I use cannellini or garbanzo), drained and rinsed.
3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
salt & ground black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Pour tuna into bowl, and break up with a fork. Stir in onion and beans. Season to taste with salt & pepper. Toss thoroughly with olive oil and vinegar. Serve over greens or with crackers at room temperature.
