Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Pastry for 9-inch Two Crust Pie
(or use store bought crusts)
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
4 cups fresh blueberries (if frozen, thaw them)
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 425º. Prepare pastry or use store bought ones.
Mix sugar, flour and cinnamon. Stir in blueberries. Turn into
pastry lined pie plate; sprinkle with lemon juice. Dot with butter.
Cover with top crust and cut slits into it. (I use sissors). Seal
and make the edges with your fingers. (sealing the two crusts together)**
Bake 35 to 45 minutes until crust is brown and juice begins to bubble through the slits in the crust.

**Sometimes I cut long strips with a pizza cutter for the top crust and then
criss cross the dough in a checkerboard pattern for the top crust.

Personal Notes:
This one is for Trey Moreman! I know this is one of his favorite desserts! He was at our house one day after they picked some blueberries and we made this pie. It was really good, and even better with a little scoop of Blue-Bell Homemade Ice-cream on top of it.
