2 cups Bisquick
1/3 cup sugar
2/3 cups milk
2 tbsp. butter
1 egg
1 cup frozen blueberries (fresh if your lucky,
otherwise, thaw and drain the blueberries)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400º. Line muffin pan with paper or foil muffin cups.
Stir all ingredients except blueberries in medium bowl, just until moistened.
Fold in berries. Divide batter evenly in the 12 muffin cups.

Bake 13 to 16 minutes until golden brown.
Cool slightly and enjoy!

I started making these when we had too many blueberries off of our bushes. These are very quick, very easy, and yummy! It's been a breakfast standard at our house for years.
