12 oz pk of Jimmy Dean sausage
(2) 12 oz cans “flaky” refrigerated biscuits
½ cup Guidry’s seasonings mix of chopped onion/bell pepper
1 ½ cups shredded Mexican cheese
1 pk fajita seasonings mix

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage over medium heat. Drain well. Stir in onion/bell pepper mix. Use kitchen scissors to cut each biscuit into quarters. Spray a Bundt pan or tube pan with Pam. Put in a loose layer of biscuits, then half the sausage-onion mixture on top, then half the cheese. Sprinkle half the fajita seasonings on top. Create another layer of biscuits, sausage, fajita mix and cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Let rest a few minutes then flip onto a serving platter.
