2 tbsp. butter
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
3/4 cup water
1 cup ketchup
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. worchestire sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
3 lbs. ground beef made into 9-12 patties
Directions:
Directions:
Saute` onions and garlic in butter until onions are soft. Add remaining ingredients, except hamburger patties and simmer until slightly thickened. Grill patties until medium well. Add to sauce and warm through.
