4 lbs. of Beef or Pork Ribs
1 c. onion
1 c. catsup
1 c. water
2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. paprika

Directions:
Cut Ribs into serving pieces and brown them in oil. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over ribs. Cover and bake covered two hours. Spoon sauce two to three times over Ribs during baking. Bake uncovered another 20 min.บบ

I like to add about 3/4 c. prepared barbecued sauce. It gives it a little bit of smoke flavor.
