Ingredients:  
2 pie crusts for top and bottom
3 zucchini with seeds removed, sliced thin
1/2 c pineapple juice
1 c sugar
2 TSR lemon juice
3 tbsp flour
1 tsp cinnamon
5 tbsp soft butter

Directions:
Directions:
Place one pie crust in 9 inch pie pan, top with thin sliced zucchini.
Combine all other ingredients and pour over zucchini, top with 2nd pie crust and bake for 15 minutes at 425º Reduce heat to 350º for 35-45 minutes or until crust is light brown.
