1 pkg yellow cake mix
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3-4 apples, peeled and sliced
1 cup sour cream
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
mix cake mix and butter until crumby. Reserve 2/3 cups of this mixture and add brown sugar and cinnamon set aside for the topping. Press the rest of the crumbled mixture in an ungreased 9 X 13 pan. Peel and slice apples and lay over base.
Blend sour cream and egg. Spread over apples. Sprinkle reserved topping over sour cream mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
Cut into large squares for dessert or smaller squares for bar. Refrigerate.
Taste great warm or cold
