2 cups sifted all purpose flour
couple/three dashes of salt
2/3 cup of shortning (I like the yellow Crisco)
5 - 7 tablespoons of water (I just put it under the faucet till it's about right, not too sticky but holds dough together)
pack it all together, but don't over do it!

makes enough for 2 crusts 8 or 9 inch pie

Kind of "moosh-it" together.

Divide into two balls; flour it as you roll it out!
