16 oz. cream cheese, softened
12 oz. cheddar spread, like Kaukana
4 oz. blue cheese, crumbled
1 small onion, grated
Directions:
Directions:
Mix above ingredients and chill.

Form into either 2 or 4 cheese balls.

Roll in a mixture of paprika, parsley and finely chopped walnuts.
