2 pork chops, 1/2" thick
1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. oil
2 1/2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
salt to taste
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 cups potatoes, sliced thin
1 medium onion, sliced thin
2 beef bouillon cubes
1/4 cup + 2 tbsp. hot water
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice

Directions:
Dredge chops in flour. Brown in oil. Combine cheese, salt and pepper. Sprinkle 1 tbsp. over chops. Top with potatoes then 1 tbsp. cheese mixture. Next top with onions. Mix bouillon, water and lemon juice. Pour over meat, potatoes and onions. Top with remaining cheese. Cover, simmer 40 minutes and serve.
