2 cups warm water
2 eggs
2 pgs. dry yeast
1 Tbsp salt
6-1/2 cups flour
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup shortening

Directions:
Directions:
Put salt in 2 cups of the flour first.
Then add all but the last of the flour. Mix flour a little at a time until dough is not too sticky.
Knead on floured surface for 6 minutes.
Put dough in greased bowl; cover, and let rise until double.
Punch dough down.
Divide dough into 3 balls. Divide each ball into 10 balls. Form each tiny ball into a perfect ball and flatten like a bun. Cover and let rise.
Bake at 350º for about 20 minutes or until golden brown. Brush with butter as soon as they come out of oven.
Makes 30 buns.
