Large raw Shrimp 24
2 T Grey Poupon Mustard or any spicy mustard will do
1 cup melted butter
1 TSR salt [optional]

Directions:

Clean Raw shrimp including deveining and taking off all of the shell
Melt butter until very soft
add butter and mustard together and set aside
skewer shrimp lengthwise 3 to 4 per skewer
lay on aluminum lined cookie sheet
Brush generously with mustard and leave for about an hour.
Put in refrigerator until the butter hardens
Preheat grill on Medium heat
cook shrimp about 4 minutes per side until totally pink. Do not overcook or they will get tough.
Take off and plate and serve.

The hardest part is cleaning the shrimp. The larger the shrimp the easier to clean.
