3 Egg Whites
3 T Cold Water
1 C. Sugar
1 Tsp. Vinegar
1 Tsp. Vanilla
3 Tsp. Cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 300º. Beat egg whites until stiff, add water and beat again.
Add sugar gradually, continue beating. Add vinegar, vanilla, and cornstarch, beat until well blended. Line cookie sheet with baking paper; draw a 6 to 8 inch circle, spread pavlova about 2 inches from edge of paper; keep pavlova round and smooth the top.
Bake 45 minutes then leave it in the oven until cool.
Put on serving plate and top with fresh whipped cream and fresh fruit.
Kiwi fruit, strawberries and raspberries go really well with this.

Tried this my first trip to New Zealand and love it!! Very light dessert. Don't be alarmed when it comes out of the oven as it cracks; trust me, you just pile it with the whip cream and fruit and it looks and tastes fantastic.
