4 c. apples skinned and cut into cubes
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. cooking oil
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. walnuts; chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle 2 c. sugar over apples. Mix together flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Add the flour mixture to the apple mixture. Add the
eggs, oil, vanilla and chopped walnuts. Bake in a 13x9 pan that has been greased and floured oven temp 350º for 40-45 minutes.
