4 cups watermelon flesh; seeds removed
2 oz. simple syrup
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 cup vodka
2 oz. melon liqueur
4 twists lemon zest; for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
In processor, puree watermelon. Pour into empty ice cube trays until frozen.
Also freeze; 4 martini glasses
In a blender: combine frozen watermelon cubes, syrup, lemon juice, vodka, melon liquor. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses; garnish with lemon zest.
