Blueberry Muffins Recipe

2 c flour
1/2 c sugar
3 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
6 Tbsp butter
1 c milk
1 egg
1 c blueberries
sugar(just enough to sprinkle on top)

Directions:
Directions:
1) Preheat oven to 425º. Grease and flour muffin tins or use liners.
2) Sift dry ingredients together in large bowl. Melt butter in microwave safe bowl, covered and at about 50% power until liquid. Add the egg and milk(it gets kind of chunky). Stir into dry ingredients. Fold in blueberries. Spoon into muffin tins.Sprinkle top with sugar.
3) Bake approx. 20-25 minutes.
