3 ripe bananas
1/2 C. shortening
1 C. sugar
1/2 C. milk
2 C. flour
1 tsp each of baking soda, baking powder, and salt

Grease and flour loaf pan
Preheat oven to 350

I large bowl, mash banana, sugar, and shortening together. Add the milk and mix. Sift the remaining dry ingredients into the bowl and stir all together. Place into loaf pan.

Bake approx 50-60 minutes....til toothpick comes out clean in the highest portion. Remove and let cool a little before slicing
