1 c. mayonnaise
1 T. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 ground black pepper
1 clove garlic (minced)
1 c. parmesan cheese
1 1/2 T. chopped fresh basil
2 c. colored rotini pasta
1 c. chopped tomatoes
1/2 c. chopped yellow bell pepper
1/2 c. sliced black olives

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook pasta according instructions on package, rinse cold water and drain.
2. In large mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, red wine, salt, black pepper, and garlic until well blended. Mix in basil. Add pasta, parmesan cheese, tomatoes, bell pepper, and olives; fold until well mix. Chill for several hour. Stir gently before serving.
