1 box of turkey stuffing
1 med onion chopped small
1/2 cup fresh mushroom slices
1 large carrots chopped small
2 celery sticks chopped small
1 black pepper
1 tsp salt or to taste
1/2 bell pepper green or red chopped small
1/2 stick of butter or 1/3 cup oil.
2 cup vegetable stock or 1 cube bouillon chicken with 3 cups of water

In a med pan melt the butter add onion, bell pepper, carrots and celery. Sauté the veggies, then add the stock. Bring to a boil. Then add the box stuffing mix and remove the pot let it sit to absorb the liquid. Add more stock if needed. Bake for 10 min. Serve hot.
