2 C. brown sugar
2 C. flour
½ C. butter
1 C. walnuts
1 egg
1 C. sour cream
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
2 C. chopped apples

Crumb topping:
¾ C. flour
¾ C. sugar
½ C. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Spray 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Combine sugar, and flour. Cut butter in (crumbly). Stir in walnuts. Measure out 2 cups, press into bottom of pan. Beat egg, mix in sour cream, baking soda, cinnamon, and vanilla. Combine with nut mixture. Stir in apples. Pour into pan over crust. Sprinkle with crumb topping. Bake 35-40 minutes.
