1 pound lean ground turkey
1 medium white onion
1 tablespoon reduced sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon ketchup
1/4 teaspoon minced garlic
1/3 cup shredded cheddar and monterrey jack cheese
salt (if desired)
pepper (if desired)
condiments (if desired)

Directions:

Finely chop onion.

Mix chopped onion, ground turkey, and the rest of the ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. Weigh out burgers. Cook until internal temperature of 165 is reached.
