1/2 lb. sweet Italian Sausage
1/2 lb. spicy or hot sausage
1/2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 c. onions (chopped)
6 cloves garlic (minced)
2 Tbs. olive oil
4 c. coarsely chopped spinach leaves
4 cans cannelloni beans (drained)
2 - 14 1/2 oz. cans petite diced tomatoes (undrained)
2 - 14 1/2 oz. chicken broth
2 tsp. basil
2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. crushed red pepper
Shredded cheese (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a large saucepan or Dutch oven, over medium heat, cook sausage, chicken, onion, and garlic until sausage is no longer pink.

2. Add spinach, beans, tomatoes, broth, and seasonings. Bring to a boil.

3. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.

4. Sprinkle individual servings with cheese if desired.

*This recipe can be frozen for future use. :)
