6 PC flounder fillet
1 lb baby shrimps or crab meat
1 1/2 cup panko or bread crumbs
1/2 cup parmesan chesses
2 tsp fresh parsley or dried
1/4 tsp paprika
1 Cup chicken stock or veggies stock
4 tsp melted butter
salt and pepper to taste
Use adobo to season the fish.

In a mixing bowl combine 1 cup bread crumbs, salt, pepper, paprika and the shrimps, use 1/2 cup stock to combine the staffing.
Season the fish with adobo, Use 1 or 2 tsp of stuffing place it in the center and roll up the fish and place it in the buttered try. Arranged the fish next to each other.
Mix 1/2 cup of panko with 1/2 cup of parmesan chesses and some paprika.
top and cover the fish with the mix then add the melting butter on top each fish roll, sprinkle the parsley on top.
Bake in the oven on 375º for 25 min to crisp the top.
Served with Alfredo pasta or mashed potato.

you can use ready Alfredo sauce. OR Use my sauce : 4 tbs butter
( This recipe use for all whit sauce ) 5 tbs flour
1/4 tsp nut mega
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
( Milk and a whisker)
in medium pan sauce add butter and flour suttee to give it golden color. Add the spices lower the heat and began to add milk and use the whisker and keep adding milk and mix until you got a thick and silky sauce. Add to top the fish before serving .
