2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1/2-1 tsp. cinnamon
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1-2 T. coffee
1 stick margarine or butter melted
1 egg
1 c. milk (parve or regular)
3/4 c. chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º
Warm milk in the microwave and dissolve coffee in it.
Mix all the dry ingredients.
Mix egg, melted margarine and milk.
Add the wet to the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
Add 3/4 c. mini (or reg.) chocolate chips.
Bake 15-20 minutes.
