1 1/2 c. Graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. Sugar
6 T. Melted butter

6 large egg yolks, room temperature
1/4 c. Sugar
1 14 oz. Can sweetened condensed milk
2 T. Lime zest
3/4 c. Freshly sqeezed key lime juice, or can use regular limes

1 c. Cold heavy cream
1/4 t. Vanilla
1/4 c. Sugar
Thin lime slices

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine crumbs, sugar and melted butter. Pat into 9 inch pie plate. Bake for 10 minutes. Allow to cool completely.

Beat egg yolks and sugar on high speed in the bowl of a stand mixer, fit with paddle attachment for 5 minutes, until thick. With mixer on medium speed, add condensed milk, lime zest and lime juice. Pour into cooled crust. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze.

Beat heavy cream on high speed until soft peaks form. Add the sugar and vanilla and beat until firm. Spoon or pipe decoratively onto pie and decorate with lime slices. Freeze for several hours or overnight.
