1 (16 oz ) garlic bread loaf, split
2 Tbsp mayonnaise
3 plum tomatoes, sliced
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 (16 oz) package bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 (8oz package of shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cut each bread half into 3 pieces. Place, cut side up on a baking sheet. Bake at 450 degrees for 4 minutes or until toasted. Spread mayonnaise evenly over each bread piece. Top with tomato; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Top with bacon; sprinkle with cheese. Bake 2 more minutes or until cheese melts. Great served with a green salad.
