1 pack filo dough
1 cup clarified butter
1 lb chopped pistachio mixed with (1/4 cup sugar plus 2 ts orang blossom water)
2 cup sugar syrup see for recipe
1 wooden stick on inch thick and i foot long.

Bring a clean towel and open the filo dough and place it on the towel.
Cover the dough with another clean towel and spray the towel with water for the dough to be soft and moist and easy to work with.
Place on sheet of filo dough on a flat surface's in front of you , fold sheet in half and spray very small amount of water, now place the wooden stick on top of the dough and began to roll by covering the wooden stick .Know with your to hands push the too ends of the filo dough to the medial like a sprig wire and keep holding the shape of the dough to stay together, and pull the stick and make a circle and move it to the buttered tray place it in the corner and do not release before adding 1 tsp of the clarified butter and quickly as possible to do another bracelets to touch each other to help keep the circles tight.
Bake in a 350º oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown. remove from oven to cool.
Place 1 tsp syrup 1 tsp pistachio on top of each baked ring, after every thing is settle, add on more drizzle of syrup on top the ring, then trans ford to a serving plat and always keep it cover with foil after serving.
