Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 roll Pillsbury French Loaf dough
32 slices thin pepperoni
8 cubes of mozzarella cheese (1x1x1)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Unroll dough on clean, flat surface and cut into 8 equal squares.
One square at a time:
Place 1 cube of cheese in the middle of the dough square and wrap 4 slices of pepperoni around the cube of cheese. Wrap dough around the pepperoni covered cheese cube, sealing off all of the seams. Place the dough balls in a lightly greased baking sheet, spreading them out evenly.
Bake in the center of the oven 10 minutes or until golden brown.

Additional options:
1. Deep fry the dough to create a more authentic "Erie, PA" pepperoni ball.
2. Make "pizza balls" by including sauce in the dough along with the pepperoni and cheese.
